01The service
MITOSIS is a Solana terminal for launching tokens, bundling supply across your own wallets, trading with several wallets at once, tracking holdings and PnL, and sending profits out through the Vault. Signing in with X or verifying a wallet does not give you access to any feature that is not enabled for the deployment.
Features are released in stages and may be unavailable, limited or changed at any time. Nothing shown in the interface is a promise of profit or performance.
02Eligibility and accounts
By using MITOSIS you agree to these terms and confirm that you may lawfully use X, a Solana wallet and the relevant features where you live. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account, wallets and activity under them. Wallet verification demonstrates control of an address when you sign; MITOSIS does not take custody of your funds. Never share your private key or seed phrase.
03Launches and trading
You are responsible for your token's name, ticker, image, description and links, including the right to use them. Do not imply that a person or brand endorses a token without permission. MITOSIS is not the issuer or sponsor of tokens launched or traded with it.
Launches and trades run on third-party launchpads and Solana infrastructure. Transactions can fail, land late or be irreversible, and prices can move against you. Features such as Launch Shield and script sells reduce some risks but do not remove them. You are responsible for how you use multiple wallets and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
04Wallets and keys
You remain in control of your wallets. Keep your keys and seed phrases safe; we cannot recover them. Funding between your wallets is performed on-chain and stays traceable to your main wallet. If you connect X, you remain responsible for anything posted from your account and must follow X's rules.
05Fees and payouts
Any MITOSIS fees will be shown before you confirm an action. Vault payouts to USDC, cbBTC or Bitcoin rely on third-party routes; amounts, timing and availability can change and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. MITOSIS does not offer financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
06Prohibited conduct
Do not use MITOSIS for fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement, spam, market manipulation, misleading promotions, money laundering or other unlawful activity. Do not interfere with the service or bypass its controls. We may restrict access for suspected abuse or legal issues.
07Third-party services
MITOSIS relies on X for authorization; on Solana wallets and infrastructure for public chain data; on launchpads such as Pump.fun and stonkfun for token launches; and on hosting and storage providers. Their own terms and availability apply. MITOSIS does not control these services, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
08Risks and warranties
Coins can lose all their value. Blockchain transactions, API data and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, token performance or profit. To the extent allowed by law, MITOSIS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by the service or third-party outages. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
09Changes and access
We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue features. The effective date above identifies the current published version; material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
