Privacy Policy.

01Scope

This policy describes how MITOSIS handles information in its website and trading tools. X, wallet providers, launchpads and other external services have their own policies. Features are available only when enabled for your account.

02Data we collect

• X account: numeric user ID, username and profile image where available, encrypted authorization tokens and token expiry.
• Wallet: public Solana address, network, verification time and a short-lived signature challenge. We do not ask for private keys or seed phrases.
• Launches and trades: token mint, wallet addresses used, launch settings and public transactions.
• Activity and payouts: fills, positions, PnL figures and Vault payout records, including destination address, amount, status and transaction signature.
• Technical data: necessary session and security cookies and normal server or hosting logs, such as IP address and user agent, used for operations and abuse prevention.

03Where it comes from

We receive account information when you authorize X; wallet addresses and signatures when you verify a wallet; launch details when you submit them; and publicly available transactions from Solana. We do not request your X password or your wallets' private keys.

04How we use it

We use data to sign you in, verify wallet control, show your profile, wallets, positions and PnL, run launches and trades you request, process Vault payouts, protect the service and investigate abuse. We do not sell your account data or use it for targeted advertising.

05Cookies and local storage

MITOSIS uses an httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, temporary OAuth state cookies to secure X authorization and a temporary wallet nonce cookie to verify a signature. These serve authentication and security. Your browser also stores whether you collapsed the sidebar, so that preference persists between visits.

06Third parties and visibility

X handles account authorization. Solana infrastructure handles public chain activity; Vercel provides hosting and Supabase/PostgreSQL provides data storage. These providers receive data required for their roles. We may disclose information where required by law.

Public wallet addresses, token details and on-chain transactions may be visible to anyone. Private authorization tokens and security cookies are not intended for public display. On-chain records cannot be erased by MITOSIS.

07Retention and security

We keep account and operational records while needed to run the service or meet applicable obligations. Payout and activity records may be retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal compliance after an account disconnects. Hosting logs follow provider retention practices; public blockchain data persists independently of us.

Access to stored data is restricted, authorization tokens are encrypted and traffic uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We never request or store wallet private keys, seed phrases or X passwords.

08Your choices

You may revoke MITOSIS's access in your X account settings and stop using the service. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your account data through the contact below. Requests are assessed under applicable law, identity-verification needs and legitimate retention obligations. Disconnecting X does not erase public posts or on-chain activity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights or a right to complain to a data-protection authority.

09Children and changes

The service is not directed at people below the age required to use X or hold crypto assets where they live. We do not knowingly collect children's data. This policy may change as the product develops; material changes will be highlighted on the site and the effective date above updated.
